Adidas Reportedly Cutting Ties with IAAF

The BBC reported Wednesday that the German sportswear firm, whose 11-year deal made it the biggest sponsor of the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF), has informed the group that it will end the contract four years early as a direct result of doping and corruption allegations that emerged in December.

Nick Symmonds’ Company Sues the U.S. Olympic Committee

Last week, Run Gum, the “performance gum” company co-founded by professional runner Nick Symmonds, filed suit against USA Track and Field (USATF) and the U.S. Olympic Committee (USOC) citing antitrust violations. The suit was filed in the United States District Court of Oregon.
